DESCRIPTION:
LX-3100 Resin is an inert thermoplastic hydrocarbon resin formulated to a mixed aliphatic/aromatic
composition. Due to its good solubility characteristics, this resin can be used in: • Adhesives and caulks to improve tack and bond strength, and to reduce sag;
• Rubber processing aid for rheology control and tack;
• Various alkyd-based coatings as an extender to increase film hardness, chemical resistance and gloss;
• Ink applications for quick solvent release, pigment wetting and viscosity control;
• Self stick roofing application.
PACKAGING:
LX-3100 Resin is shipped flaked in 50-pound bags, 40 bags per pallet.

FDA STATUS:
LX®-3100 Resin is an approved substance as defined by the following United States Food and Drug Administration regulations.
