Randi Dauler joined the Neville Board of Directors in 2014, and became Board Chair in 2015. She received her BA from Cornell University and MBA and MPH from Columbia University. She served as a management consultant at Coopers & Lybrand, and as a marketing specialist at General Instrument Corporation and with a maritime consulting firm. She has held board leadership positions at numerous nonprofits, including board chair.
Edwin Gordon
Vice Chair
Mr. Gordon's experience spans 35 years on Wall Street, as both an equity research analyst and an investment banker. During his career on Wall Street, he was directly involved in more than $20 billion of transactions, including both capital-raising and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Gordon’s career on Wall Street started as an equity research analyst. This part of his career culminated with his role as a V.P. and the Senior Equity Analyst at Morgan Stanley & Co. where he was recognized as an All America Team analyst covering Health Care Services companies by Institutional Investor Magazine and a number one ranking in his industry by the Greenwich Survey. Following his research jobs, he assumed leadership roles in investment banking at: Ladenburg Thalmann, Punk, Ziegel & Co. (purchased by Ladenburg Thalmann), SG Cowen, Furman Selz and GE Capital. Mr. Gordon was a Managing Director and head of the Life Sciences Banking Group of Ladenburg Thalmann. After leaving Wall Street and based on his experience, he established 4c Advisors, LLC in early 2017 to provide independent and unbiased advice to companies and their Boards regarding strategic capital deployment and capital-raising efforts.
Mr. Gordon graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and the of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Business with a B.A. in Economics and an MBA in Finance, respectively. He guest lectured at The Tepper School of Carnegie Mellon University for 10 years. Mr. Gordon was a member of the Advisory Council at Montefiore-Einstein in New York and a member of the Board of Directors of Aradigm Corporation
Sally Cunningham
Secretary
Sally Cunningham joined the Neville Board of Directors in 2015 and became Board Secretary in 2022. She is an attorney licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who specializes in federal and commercial contracts. She was previously General Counsel and the Director of Technology Transition Services for the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University where she directed the Institute’s technology transition efforts in the areas of licensing, contracts, ethics, compliance, communications, public relations, customer relations, education, and conferences. She received her BS from Ferris State University, an MBA from Wayne State University, and a JD from Duquesne University.

Tim Swords has served on Neville’s Board of Directors since April 2023 and subsequently, also as a consultant to the company. Prior to Neville, Tim was employed by the Hexcel Corporation from 2011 to 2020 and served as President of Industrial, Vice President & General Manager of Industrial and Vice President of Business Development. Before Hexcel, Tim was employed by GE Aviation from 2006 to 2011 and held positions of General Manager of Commercial Engines Marketing and Director of Strategic and Regional Marketing. From 1990 to 2006, Tim held roles with Honeywell Aerospace ranging from engineer, program manager, product line director, new business development, business & site leader, Vice President of Sales & Marketing and finally as Vice President of Technical Sales. Prior to Honeywell, Tim worked as a Satellite Engineer for the Johns Hopkins University / Applied Physics Laboratory.
Tim earned a bachelor's degree in Physics from California University of Pennsylvania, a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
