After 42 plus years of dedication and service to Neville Chemical Company, our colleague John (Jack) H. Ferguson, III Vice President-Manufacturing & Plant Manager, is retiring effective May 1, 2021.
Jack began his career with Neville in 1978 when he was hired as a Process Engineer. In 1981 he was promoted to Plant Manager – Santa Fe Springs and relocated to California. While in California, Jack was subsequently promoted to Plant Manager – Anaheim in 1988. In 1991, Jack returned to Pittsburgh first as Plant Manager – Pittsburgh and Anaheim then becoming Director of Manufacturing. He assumed the role of Vice President-Manufacturing in 1995.
Jack has provided excellent leadership and maintained only the highest level of operating standards during his tenure at Neville. He has led manufacturing processes and plant operations with ease, and has worked diligently to increase both the quality and efficiency of Company operations. Jack’s skillful strategic thinking as well as his calm, methodical approach and intellect will be missed.
We all wish Jack many years of health and happiness in his retirement.
