Victoria joined Neville as a Distribution Sales Manager on June 10^th, 2024. She was employed with LANXESS as a Key Account Manager/Distribution Manager, following a Fulbright Scholarship where she taught English in Nuremberg, Germany for a year.

Victoria studied at Duquesne University, Ludwig-Maximilian Universität (Munich), and graduated cum laude with a degree in International Business and German from Washington and Jefferson College.
